Can Line CLI install packages or use tools like Docker?

Yes. Line runs whatever command-line tools you have installed, like npm, pip, cargo, docker or database clients, through its bash tool. Commands ask for your approval in ask and accept-edits modes.

• Line uses tools already on your machine; it doesn't install system software by itself without a command you approve.
• Long-running ones (dev servers, docker compose up) run in background shells.
• With the sandbox on, installs that write outside the project need sandbox_writable folders.
