How do I uninstall Line CLI?

How-toUpdated

There's no uninstall command; removing Line takes a few steps.

macOS / Linux#

  1. line logout (revokes the sign-in token).
  2. rm ~/.line/bin/line
  3. Remove the # Line CLI line and the export PATH=… line after it from ~/.zshrc, ~/.bashrc, ~/.bash_profile or ~/.profile (fish: delete ~/.config/fish/conf.d/line.fish).
  4. Optional: rm -rf ~/.config/line (sessions, settings, history, audit log) and rm -rf ~/.line (skills, plugins, sub-agents, MCP config).

Windows#

  1. line logout
  2. Delete %USERPROFILE%\.line\bin\line.exe (and line.exe.old / line.old.exe if present).
  3. Remove ...\.line\bin from your user PATH (Settings › System › About › Advanced system settings › Environment Variables).
  4. Optional: delete %USERPROFILE%\.config\line and %USERPROFILE%\.line.

Uninstalling doesn't delete your Clatter Labs account or plan.
