Does Line CLI upload my whole project?
No. Line runs on your machine and reads files only when the task needs them. It sends the model the parts it read, command outputs and tool results, not your whole repository. The repo map sends an outline of central files (signatures, not full contents); turn it off with "repo_map": false if you prefer.
Keep secrets out of reach with permission rules: "deny": ["read_file(.env*)"].
