How do I approve or decline what Line CLI wants to do?
In ask mode, Line pauses before each file change or command and shows exactly what it wants to do: the command, or a diff of the edit.
- Read it. Check the files and the command.
- Approve to let it run, or decline to refuse.
- If you decline, the agent is told, and it either tries another approach or explains what it needed.
You're responsible for actions you approve (Terms), so take a moment on commands that delete, publish or push.
Tip: if you trust a kind of command, add a permission rule such as bash(npm test*) so it stops asking for it.
