Can Line CLI read files outside my project folder?
Only with your approval. Reading, listing or searching outside the folder you started Line in always asks, even with --yes. In print mode those requests are declined.
Exceptions#
- Temporary folders.
- Folders you allow:
- For one run:
line --add-dir ~/notes(repeatable). - Always:
"additional_dirs": ["~/notes"]in~/.config/line/settings.json.
- For one run:
Read-only commands that run without asking are limited to the project folder too.
