Line CLI says a command was declined. Why?
In print mode (line -p)#
Nobody can approve, so actions that would ask are declined: "declined …: run with --yes (or --allowed-tools) to allow it in print mode". Allow what's needed with --allowed-tools "bash(npm test*)" or --permission-mode accept-edits.

sandbox: onon Windows refuses shell commands, because there's no Windows sandbox yet.
