Is Line CLI open source?
No. Line CLI is a Clatter Labs product distributed as ready-built binaries from install.clatterlabs.xyz. There's no public source repository.
What you can customize is open, though: skills (SKILL.md folders), plugins (plugin.json), hooks, MCP servers and custom sub-agents are all files you write or install yourself. See Skills and Plugins.
