Where does Line CLI search for skills, and are there limits?

• Default source: anthropics/skills on GitHub.
• Add sources: "skill_sources": ["owner/repo", "owner/repo/path"] in ~/.config/line/settings.json, or LINE_SKILL_SOURCES=owner/repo,owner/repo/path.
• GitHub rate limits: set GITHUB_TOKEN in your environment to raise them when searching often.
• Size limit: each skill can have up to 60 files and 2 MB.

Skills use the common SKILL.md format, so skills from public skill repositories work as they are. Review third-party skills before installing.
