How do I install and enable a Line CLI plugin?
Plugins add tools, slash commands, hooks and skills through a plugin.json.
line plugin install owner/repo/path # or a local folder; installed disabled
line plugin info <name> # see its tools, commands and hooks
line plugin enable <name> # shows every program it can run, then asks
line plugin list
line plugin disable <name>
line plugin remove <name>
In the app: /plugins, /plugins enable|disable <name>, /plugins reload.

- Off until you enable it.
- Enabling records a fingerprint of all the plugin's files; if any file changes, it's disabled until you review and enable it again ("changed since enabled — review and re-enable").
- Plugin tools ask for approval like shell commands unless marked read-only.
- Programs run in the project folder without a shell, with Line's credentials removed from their environment.
