What does /todos show?
/todos (or /todo) shows the plan the agent keeps for multi-step work, with each item marked done [x], in progress [~] or pending [ ]. The same list appears live in the to-do panel.
"No plan yet." means the agent hasn't written one; it does so for multi-step work. Open to-do items also help Line notice when the agent stopped before finishing.
