How do I change the approval mode with /mode?

/mode ask | Ask (default) | Edits and commands ask |
/mode accept-edits | Accept edits | File edits run; commands ask |
/mode auto | Auto | Nothing asks (except secret files and outside-project reads) |
/mode plan | Plan | Read-only research ending in a plan |
/mode with no argument shows the current mode. Shift+Tab cycles ask → accept edits → auto → plan. /auto toggles auto on and off.
