I cleared my browser data. Can I still get my Editor projects?

TroubleshootingUpdated

Probably not, sorry. Clatter Editor stored projects only in your browser. Clearing browsing or site data for editor.clatterlabs.com removes them, and a private or incognito window deletes them when it closes. Clatter Labs never had a copy, so there's nothing for us to restore.

Places your work might still be#

  • A Git provider. If you ever pushed the project to GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket, it's there. See Did I push my project?
  • Another device or browser. If you used the editor on a second computer or a different browser, its local storage might still have a copy.
  • Downloads. Check your downloads folder for any files you saved by hand.

If you're unsure whether your browser still has the data, contact support with the browser and device you used, and we'll help you check before you give up.
