How do I create a key for the Agent API?

1. API keys › Create API key.
2. Keep the default Agent API preset: runs:write (create and cancel runs) and runs:read (read runs, events, results).
3. If your code also reads your balance with GET /v1/account, select Customize and add account:read.
4. Pick a rate limit (30 per minute is a good start) and an expiry.
5. Create key and copy it.

Use it at https://api.agent.clatterlabs.xyz with X-Clatter-Account. Agent API runs are paid from credits on every plan.

Good to know#

• Keys can expire after 30 days, 90 days (default), 1 year, or never.
• Revoking is immediate and permanent: requests fail with 401 invalid_api_key.
