Not while the backup exists. A backup points at the stored data , which stays as long as the backup does. Restoring brings back objects from the backup that were deleted since. Once you delete or replace the backup , a deleted file is no longer protected by it. If you want something gone, delete the file and also delete or replace any backup that covers it; for permanent deletion of your data, email infrastructure@clatterlabs.xyz .
