Should I cancel my plan before deleting my account?

Yes: cancel first so Gumroad doesn't renew it. Unused purchased credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Then delete the account via Manage account, or email infrastructure@clatterlabs.xyz for permanent data deletion.

Good to know#

• After cancelling you keep the plan until the end of the paid period.
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
• Price increases on an active plan get at least 30 days' notice.
