What does 429 monthly_limit_reached mean?

You've used the Free plan's monthly allowance. Wait until the 1st (UTC) or upgrade: paid plans start at Developer ($15/month), about 15× Free with a window that refills every 5.5 hours. The Model API and Agent API still work with credits.

• Limit errors include resets_at (UTC) and a Retry-After header.
• 402 out_of_credits means credits, not plan limits.
• Never retry limit errors in a tight loop.
