What does 429 team_spend_limit_reached mean?

You've reached the monthly limit your team owner set. Wait for resets_at, or ask the owner to Edit your limits. The limit can be in dollars (at list price) or tokens.

• 402 out_of_credits means credits, not plan limits.
• Never retry limit errors in a tight loop.
• Plans cover app usage (Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram); credits pay for the Model API and Agent API on every plan.
