What happens if I file a chargeback?
Under the Terms, if a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, paid features may be suspended until paid, and reversed amounts may be deducted from your credit balance. Contact support first.
Good to know#
- Gumroad is the merchant of record and handles payments, receipts and taxes.
- Refresh payment status on Billing asks Gumroad again about your purchases.
- Checkout is linked to your Account ID.
