Should my company use one shared account?

No. Accounts must not be shared. For a company:

1. One person (the owner) creates the team in the Console under Team and buys the plan and credits.
2. Each colleague signs in with their own account and joins the team.
3. The owner sets each member's access, quotas and spending limits, and can review the audit log.

Enterprise customers can also sign a Data Processing Agreement. See Enterprise and DPAs.
