Can I stay signed in on several devices at the same time?

Yes. Each browser or device gets its own session, and they all appear under Devices and Sessions, with the one you're using marked This device. Revoking one doesn't sign out the others ("Your other active devices are unaffected"). Each session still has the 15-day limit.
