Cosmos says the reminder time is in the past
A one-off reminder must be in the future. If you say "remind me at 9" and it's already 10, Cosmos asks you to pick another time (or assumes tomorrow if you say so).
If the time looks wrong, your time zone may be off: send /timezone to check. Repeating reminders automatically start at the next occurrence.
