My reminder didn't arrive. Why?
- Was it really set? Cosmos confirms a reminder with its exact time. Check
/reminders. - Time zone:
/timezone. A reminder for 9:00 Cairo time arrives at 9:00 Cairo time. - Signed out?
/logoutcancels pending reminders, and reminders only go to a Telegram account still linked to the same Clatter Labs account. - Blocked the bot? If Telegram refuses delivery, the reminder fails after a few tries.
- Notifications: check Telegram isn't muted for the bot, and your phone allows Telegram notifications.
Reminders are checked every minute, so they can arrive up to about a minute late.
