Can Cosmos remind another person?
No. Reminders are only sent to you, in your private chat with Cosmos. You can't send reminders to other people or to groups.
You can set a reminder for yourself to contact them: "Remind me at 7 to text Sara happy birthday."
Why#
Cosmos works only in private chats and only sends messages to the person who linked their account. That keeps reminders private and prevents the bot from messaging people who didn't ask for it.
If a friend wants reminders, they can open @Cosmos_agents_bot and sign in with their own Clatter Labs account.
