Why are the tiers also called Fast, Strong and Deliberate?
They're descriptive labels for the same tiers:

|---|---|---|
| Flash | Fast | No extended thinking, quickest replies |
| Max | Strong | Thinks before acting |
| Heavy | Deliberate | Thinks longest, longest answers |
The model ids use the tier names: supercosmos-flash, supercosmos-max, supercosmos-heavy.

- Insulting or cursing at the assistant earns a warning, then a 24-hour pause on a second strike within 30 days. Abuse policy
