How have SuperCosmos prices changed over time?
Per 1M input / output tokens, from the Changelog:
| Date | Flash | Max | Heavy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Oct 27, 2026 (launch) | $0.75 / $2.50 | $3.00 / $5.00 | $6.00 / $11.51 |
| Oct 31, 2026 to now (incl. 1.1) | $1.60 / $3.40 | $1.80 / $3.80 | $2.00 / $4.40 |
The Oct 31 change made Flash a little more expensive and Max and Heavy much cheaper, narrowing the gap between tiers. The long-context rule (1.5× input above 262K tokens) came with it.
