Is there a discount for repeated prompts (prompt caching)?

Clatter Labs doesn't publish a prompt-caching discount. Each request bills its full input tokens at the tier's input price (and 1.5× when the prompt is over 262K tokens). To save on repeated context, send only what each request needs and summarise long histories.
