Do I need separate accounts for Line CLI and the API?
No. One Clatter Labs account works everywhere. Your plan covers app usage (Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram) and your credits pay for API usage (Model API, Agent API). API keys and your Account ID are in the Console of that same account.
