Does the Free plan include Max and Heavy?

Yes. Every plan, including Free, has every model and every tool, so Flash, Max and Heavy are all available in Line CLI, Cosmos Agent and Cosmos on Telegram. Free has a monthly allowance (1M tokens a month); Heavy uses it up faster than Flash because usage is measured at model rates.

The Model API and Agent API work on Free too, paid from credits.

Good to know#

• Every tier shares the same 1M-token context window (1,048,576 tokens). Context window
• Line Code was retired on Nov 1, 2026; its ids answer 410 model_retired. Line Code retirement
• Prices per 1M input / output tokens: Flash $1.60 / $3.40, Max $1.80 / $3.80, Heavy $2.00 / $4.40. All prices
