What if my country's law gives me more rights than the Privacy Policy?
Your law wins. Nothing in the Privacy Policy limits rights you have under the mandatory data protection or consumer law where you live, and where that law gives you a greater right or sets a stricter obligation, it prevails (Privacy Policy, Section 40).
