Does Clatter Labs train AI models on my data?

ExplainerUpdated

Yes. Clatter Labs uses Customer Content, including prompts, inputs, outputs, files and agent sessions, to train and improve its own AI models (Privacy Policy, Section 8; Terms, Section 20).

  • Content is pseudonymized first: account identifiers are replaced with internal ones.
  • Automated filters remove secrets and credentials such as passwords, API keys and access tokens. They may not catch everything.
  • You can object at any time without giving reasons. See How do I opt out?
  • Content from users known to be under 18 isn't used.
