What do the Terms of Service say, in plain words?
The Terms of Service (effective November 1, 2026) include this summary (Section 3):
- You need to be at least 13; under 18, a parent or guardian may need to agree for you.
- Keep your password and API keys secret: you're responsible for your account.
- AI can be wrong: check important things yourself; it's not professional advice.
- What you put in and what the AI produces for you is yours, subject to the Terms.
- Don't use Clatter Labs to harm people, break the law, spread malware or spam, or attack systems.
- Payments go through Gumroad; used credits can't be refunded; price rises come with notice.
- Read agent approval requests before approving.
- Clatter Labs can't be used from some countries; VPNs to get around that aren't allowed.
