Who owns what the AI creates for me?

As between you and Clatter Labs (Terms, Section 20):

• you keep all rights in your inputs and content;
• Clatter Labs assigns to you any rights it holds in outputs generated for you;
• there's no promise outputs are protectable by IP law or free of third-party rights, and others may receive similar outputs.

You grant Clatter Labs a licence to host and process your content to run the services, train its own models (you can object), comply with law and enforce the Terms.
