Is my deleted data still in backups?

Yes, for a while. Backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle of up to 90 days, so deleted data may remain in backups until then. During that time it's protected and not used (Privacy Policy, Section 28). After termination, the Terms likewise say data is removed from backups within 90 days.
