How do abuse policy warnings and pauses appear in Line CLI?

TroubleshootingUpdated

A warning means your newest message was read as insulting or cursing at the assistant. Nothing else happens now: the request was answered normally.

  • A second strike within 30 days pauses your account for 24 hours on every product.
  • Only the newest message you wrote is checked, never logs, tool output or the model's replies.
  • Swearing at a bug, a tool or a third party ("this test is driving me crazy") doesn't count.

If your account is paused#

Line shows the pause as a message with the time it lifts (the server answers 403 account_suspended). Every request fails the same way until then, on every Clatter Labs product, so don't keep retrying. When the 24 hours end, Line works again by itself; your plan, sessions and settings aren't affected.

If you think it was a mistake, contact Support with your Account ID and the time. The full rules are in What is the Clatter Labs abuse policy?.
