I updated, but line --version still shows the old version

Restart your terminal (and Line itself).
Find which binary runs:
- macOS/Linux: which -a line
- Windows: Get-Command line -All
If there are two, remove the old one or fix PATH order so ~/.line/bin comes first.
Run line update again, or reinstall.
