Line CLI keeps ignoring my project rules
- Check
/statusshows your instructions file. If it says "none (run /init)", the file isn't in the folder Line started in. - Keep
LINE.mdshort and concrete ("Use pnpm" beats a long essay). - For must-never rules, add a deny permission rule, which the agent can't get around:
"deny": ["Edit(vendor/**)"]. - Remind it in the prompt for one-off constraints.
- After a long session,
/compactor/newso the rules aren't buried.
