Does Line CLI work on Windows on ARM?
Yes. There's no native ARM64 build for Windows yet, so on Windows on ARM the installer installs the x64 build, which runs under Windows' built-in emulation. The installer tells you: "Windows on ARM: installing the x64 build (runs under emulation)."
Everything works the same way; startup may be a little slower than on an x64 PC.
Install as usual:
