Can I get a copy of my Community posts?
You have the right to get a copy of your personal data, which includes what you posted on the Community.
Try the self-serve export first#
- Go to accounts.clatterlabs.com and open Data.
- Choose Download your data and confirm it's you.
- You get a
.zipfile with a JSON file per service. It can be downloaded once.

If your posts aren't in the export#
Email support@clatterlabs.com, mark it as a privacy request, and ask for a copy of your Community data. Clatter Labs answers access requests within one month (Privacy Policy, Section 29).
