Code Buckets says 404 not_found but I know the id exists. Why?

TroubleshootingUpdated

404 not_found means the id doesn't exist on your account (or was deleted). Check:

  • Account: the key and Account ID belong to the account that owns the bucket.
  • Id type: a cbk_ bucket id goes in /v1/buckets/{bucket_id}, a cbp_ project id in /v1/projects/{project_id}, a cbo_ id for objects and uploads.
  • Deleted: check the events feed for bucket.deleted or object.deleted.
  • Path files: for /files/{path}, check the path exists in the current tree (or the ref you passed).
