How can my script know when a new upload or code change happens?

Code Buckets doesn't describe webhooks, so poll the events feed:

1. Every so often, call GET /v1/buckets/{bucket_id}/events?type=code. (or upload.).
2. Process events newer than the last one you handled (compare id or at).
3. Store the newest event you've seen.

Each poll costs 1 token, so a gap of a minute or more is plenty for most uses.
