What is the events feed in Code Buckets?

Code Buckets has no comments or threads. Instead, every action that changes something writes an event (cbe_…): who did it, what changed, and when.

• Bucket feed: GET /v1/buckets/{bucket_id}/events.
• Project feed: GET /v1/projects/{project_id}/events (project changes plus every bucket's events).
• The Console shows the same feeds on the project and bucket pages.

Events come newest first.
