Are a team member's own API keys billed to the team?

Yes: "Your requests (including your own API keys) count against the owner's plan and credits." The member needs Model API & Agent API access. Logs show the member's name.

• Owners can set a daily quota and monthly limit per member.
• Console › Billing shows % used and reset times for each limit, your credit balance and your history.
• Plans and credits are sold through Gumroad, the merchant of record, which also handles receipts and taxes.
