Does removing a member stop them spending our credits?
Yes, right away. Their usage so far stays in your Logs.

- Members use the owner's plan, credits and Code Buckets workspace.
- Owners can set a daily quota and monthly limit per member.
- Plans cover app usage (Line CLI, Cosmos Agent, Telegram); credits pay for the Model API and Agent API on every plan.
