Our team is running low on credits. How do we top up?
The owner opens Billing › Credits and buys. It applies to the whole team. Owners can also lower member limits.
Good to know#
- Usage is attributed per member in Logs and Usage.
- Plans and credits are sold through Gumroad, the merchant of record, which also handles receipts and taxes.
- New accounts get $5 of free credit once for the Model API and Agent API.
