I'm on a team. Do team limits apply to Cosmos on Telegram?

Yes. If you're a member of a Console team, the bot uses the team owner's plan, and the owner's settings apply:

Your access must include Cosmos Agent (Telegram included), or the bot refuses.
Your daily quota and monthly limit, if set, apply.

The Telegram daily limit of 5,000,000 tokens per account also applies. Ask the owner to change access or limits in Console › Team.
