What does 403 no_cloud_account mean?

TroubleshootingUpdated

403 no_cloud_account means your account hasn't been set up for Cosmos Agent yet: the cloud computer that runs use isn't ready for it.

What to do#

  1. The docs suggest signing in once to a Cosmos Agent app with this account, then retrying.
  2. If it persists, email support@clatterlabs.com with your Account ID and the time of the request so the team can check the account.

Make sure you're sending the right Account ID: a typo in X-Clatter-Account gives account_mismatch, not this error.
