Does Cosmos remember things between runs?
Partly. Cosmos has a memory tool to remember what it learned for later runs, and anything saved on your cloud computer (Cloud Repos, hosting, storage) stays there.
Don't rely on memory alone#
For dependable results, put what matters in each run's input: the repo name, the goal and the constraints. Treat memory as a helpful bonus rather than a guarantee.
