Do all my runs share the same cloud computer?
Yes. The docs describe one cloud computer per account that runs work for it. That's why a Cloud Repo, a hosted site or stored data from one run is there for the next.
It also means runs can see what earlier runs left behind. Name things clearly ("the Cloud Repo named billing-v2") and tidy up projects you no longer need.
