Can Cosmos access the internet during a run?
Yes. Runs have web search and fetch and a Chromium browser to open sites, click and type.
They run on Clatter Labs infrastructure, so they can't reach your laptop, your company's private network or services that only allow your own IP addresses, unless you make them reachable some other way.
