How do I close the account of someone who has died?

We're sorry for your loss. Email infrastructure@clatterlabs.xyz (or support@clatterlabs.com) with the email address or Account ID of the account and your relationship to the person. We'll tell you what we need to verify the request and close the account, and we'll handle it with care.

Please don't try to sign in as the person; accounts are personal.
